Purchase Policy

Hametownshoppes accepts major credit cards:  Visa and Mastercard and Discover.   Hametownshoppes accepts money orders and it is recommended that before ordering contact us at the following: customersupport@hametownshoppes

Shipment Policy


Shipments will not be sent until a confirmed payment has been received in the Hametownshoppes’ Business account.  Generally, orders will be processed two-three days after order has been processed.

Shipments will be sent to the address on the Creidit Card  account.

No PO Boxes will be accepted as a mailing address.

Hametownshoppes will send the Purchaser an email confirming the shipment of their item(s). 

At this time, shipments most of products are delivered only in the continental United States,  however, if placing an order to Canada  it is recommended that you email 
customersupport@hametownshoppes.net  to find out if that service is available.   

Some states have restrictions on products, which can be sold, and those restrictions will be listed on the product descriptions.

Returns Policy on Buyer's Regrets


Hametownshoppes provides a 7 day return policy for products with a few exceptions and that will be noted on the product description page.

Before sending back an item for a return, customer must notify Hametownshoppes at our provided email. The email is

Reasons for the return should be explained briefly in the email.  There is a 50% restocking fee on all items returned due to buyer's regrets and customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.  If the product was damaged or incorrectly shipped, contact Hametownshoppes via our email:  customersupport@hametownshoppes.net

Hametownshoppes will not pay for any returned shipping costs (and insured costs if applicable) unless the product was incorrectly shipped or damaged.  These costs will fall upon the buyer of the product.  Returned item must be in good condition and same packaging and no alterations to the product.

Refunds less shipping costs will be credited to the customer’s credit card account.

Hametownshoppes will notify a customer when a refund has been approved.

Remember that Hametownshoppes’ goal is your continued business and we are committed to resolving any customer complaints promptly.

Sales Tax Policy

Hametownshoppes is located in Ohio and will assess an Ohio sales tax on all items sent to an Ohio address.

When you shop with Hametownshoppes, we need to collect a certain amount of information about you to make shopping easier for you--and for us. 

When you order from us, we need to know information such as your name, e-mail address, billing address and phone number, and credit card number so we can process and fill your order and contact you if we have any questions.
